At AQUA TECH, we value our customers and strive to deliver only quality-assured products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Return & No Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

  • Please check all product details and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Only products that are damaged, defective, or wrong at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement or refund.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

  • To process your request, please provide:

    • Order ID / Invoice number

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage/defect

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Conditions

  • The damaged/defective issue must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • Requests raised after the given time frame will not be accepted.
