AQUATECH– CANCELLATION POLICY

At AQUA TECH, we work hard to process and dispatch your orders quickly. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations can only be made before your order is dispatched from our factory warehouse.

  • A cancellation fee of Rs.250 will be charged and deducted from your refund amount.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it will be considered a final sale and cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • After successful cancellation, the refund (after deducting Rs.250 cancellation fee) will be initiated to your original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
