No Return & No Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
Please check all product details and specifications carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
Only products that are damaged, defective, or wrong at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement or refund.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
To process your request, please provide:
Order ID / Invoice number
Photos or videos clearly showing the damage/defect
Refunds
Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Conditions
The damaged/defective issue must be reported within 48 hours.
Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Requests raised after the given time frame will not be accepted.
